Personal Norma grew up in East Nashville and graduated from Hume Fogg High School.
During her senior year, she participated in the Co-Op Education program. She went to school in the morning and worked at Nicholstone Book Bindery in the afternoon. After graduation, Norma started full time at Nicholstone as an entry-level accountant. In 1978, she was promoted to Payroll Manager and was responsible for Payroll for more than 600 employees on a weekly basis. In 1985, she was promoted to Accounting Manager, where she supervised 6 employees. In 1986, Nicholstone was sold to Rand McNally. With this sale, came a benefit of education assistance, which Norma took advantage of. She went back to school and received her Associate Degree in Accounting. In November 1999, Norma was ready for a change and joined Erwin Hardison & Co., P.C.
Norma enjoys going to the Tennessee Titans games as a season ticket holder. She also enjoys bowling and water sports. She is a collector of Marilyn Monroe memorabilia and enjoys creating unique and beautiful purses from cigar boxes.
She is the daughter of the late Herman and Alice Weaver. She loves spoiling her cat, Scarlett.
